How we work

After making an initial contact with us to explain the aim of your study, we will provide a free initial problem evaluation, in order to define the statistical questions to be answered, identify the necessary personnel resources, and provide an initial estimate of the number of hours to complete the project.  While we are working on your project, we will regularly report the progress of our work, provide interim results and, if necessary, adjust the estimated time for completion of the task. You may contact us by phone or email at any time if you have questions or want to advise us of any additional issues. All information sent to us is kept strictly confidential.

After the initial free problem evaluation, all subsequent consultations will be charged according to an hourly fee basis, our fees are available on request. We offer special rates for master's or PhD students and clients from developing countries. Special terms and conditions for large projects or long-term contracts are also negotiable. The time required to complete a project may vary, depending on the availability of our consultants. Some problems may be outside the scope of our expertise; if so, we will not provide service beyond the free initial consultation.

Payment information for online-consulting services

For online-consulting services, a down-payment equal to one-half of the project estimate is expected after the initial consultation. The second half is to be paid upon satisfactory completion of work, immediately before we send you the finished product. For long-term contracts, incremental payments can be negotiated.
